Location: London – The Harley Street Clinic Campus and Princess Grace Hospital. Full time, 37.5 hours per week, shifts between 8am and 8pm with weekends on rotation. Permanent. Salary up to £35,000 per annum plus benefits.

We are recruiting for an International Patient Coordinator to join our International Relations Team. The role involves delivering a 5* service to international patients, liaising with patients, consultants and third parties, and managing cultural and financial aspects of care.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the central liaison for embassies, patients, and hospital teams, handling queries, referrals, concerns and complaints, escalating as needed.
  • Supervise the International Department with support from the Team Leader, ensuring high standards of patient support and communication.
  • Provide accurate verbal and written translation of medical terminology, procedures, consent forms and discussions, ensuring full, objective understanding.
  • Support patients and staff with administrative processes including completion of consent and medical history forms, and orient non‑English‑speaking patients to hospital facilities, procedures and health and safety information.
  • Deliver sensitive, holistic patient support by escorting patients, addressing individual needs, and assisting families to access local services and amenities in London (e.g., accommodation, places of worship and personal services).

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in a similar role within private healthcare.
  • Arabic speaking; previous Arabic interpreting experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT literate.
