About the Job
- Engage and nurture our future students through every step of their journey. Support our UK Student Recruitment team and advance our student journeys.
- From inbound enquiry management to segmented, targeted outbound campaigns, provide first-class customer service to our recruitment audience.
- As Applicant Engagement Adviser, be a first point of contact for enquirers, prospective students and offer holders, delivering a warm, positive, and supportive experience to drive the recruitment pipeline for UEL.
- Contribute across traditional channels (telephone, email) and grow digital engagement through live chat, peer-to-peer, and beyond.
- Collaborate with External Relations to support self-serve digital content and coordinate outbound conversion activities.
About You
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Problem solving ability; capable of resolving queries and proactively supporting candidates through their recruitment journey.
- Great teamwork and the ability to liaise with colleagues across the university; excellent organisational skills and aptitude for using multiple platforms.
