The team is comprised of specialised account handlers and medical writers, all with science degrees, managing a variety of projects to support pharmaceutical companies in communicating scientific data to internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals and patients.
The role involves:
- Managing multi-faceted projects to deadline, with scrupulous tracking of project status.
- Routing materials through the client's review processes.
- Liaising with designers to ensure optimal layout of scientific posters, graphical abstracts and materials for events.
- Providing quality control of materials including scientific publications and slide decks.
- Assisting with the development and tracking of project budgets.
About You:
- Previous experience in medical communications account management, particularly within a communications agency.
- Biological science degree.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and interpersonal skills.
- Available to work full-time.
- Able to commute to the office.
