Salary: £30,010.60 per annum + benefits.

Location: HMP Bullingdon with support across the wider region. The role requires traveling between sites and working from the prison. A successful candidate will have an enhanced DBS and HMPPS EL1 vetting; the start date will be at least six weeks after offer to allow for clearances.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key partners including probation, local authorities, housing strategy teams and landlords to secure housing solutions.
  • Manage a caseload of individuals, balancing needs while maintaining detailed administrative records.
  • Achieve performance targets and deadlines, demonstrating strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
  • Keep thorough records of all work on the IT system to track progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Ability to build genuine, non‑judgmental relationships with service users and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong IT and administrative skills with meticulous record‑keeping and adherence to timelines.
  • Awareness of safeguarding risks and ability to identify safeguarding concerns.
