This job is with Mott MacDonald, an inclusive employer located in Leeds. We are offering a BSc (Hons) Project Management Degree Apprenticeship (level 6) for candidates with A-levels or equivalent and a commutable distance from our Leeds office. QA will provide virtual training and offers flexible entry routes to support diverse learners. Candidates should have resided in England for at least three years. We are not offering visa sponsorship.

As a paid apprentice, you'll gain hands‑on experience working on real‑world projects. You will complete classroom‑based learning (in person or virtually) and earn a nationally recognised qualification that leads onto exciting career opportunities. Our Apprenticeships typically last around five years. You will be part of a team shaping tomorrow's world through innovation, sustainability, and community impact.

Role Responsibilities

As a Degree Apprentice Project Manager you will support teams to ensure our clients' projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality. Your work will have tangible impact on communities, the environment, and the construction industry. You’ll start in our Buildings team, a UK and international team delivering construction solutions across public and private sectors.
