MyFirst is one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK and a leading car insurance brand for young drivers. Due to the location of our office being on a rural farm location, you do need to be a car driver to reach our HQ.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our founding marketing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on execution, optimisation, and ownership of the entire customer journey…from marketing campaign through to a completed sale.

  • SEO & AI Search: Build organic visibility and prepare for the rise of AI-driven search. Improve CTRs, landing page performance, and funnel conversion rates.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Analyse performance, test new ideas, and scale what works.
  • Future Team Growth: As MyFirst expands, take the opportunity to build and lead your own performance marketing team, shaping its direction and strategy.

Demonstrated experience in multi-channel performance marketing, including:

  • Google & YouTube Ads (Essential)
  • Microsoft Advertising (Essential)
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and enthusiasm for AI search evolution.
