We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our founding marketing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on execution, optimisation, and ownership of the entire customer journey…from marketing campaign through to a completed sale.
- SEO & AI Search: Build organic visibility and prepare for the rise of AI-driven search. Improve CTRs, landing page performance, and funnel conversion rates.
- Data-Driven Growth: Analyse performance, test new ideas, and scale what works.

Demonstrated experience in multi-channel performance marketing, including:
- Google & YouTube Ads (Essential)
- Microsoft Advertising (Essential)
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and enthusiasm for AI search evolution.
