We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our founding marketing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on execution, optimisation, and ownership of the entire customer journey…from marketing campaign through to a completed sale.

What You’ll Do

  • Paid Media Ownership: Run and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other emerging channels.
  • SEO & AI Search: Build organic visibility and prepare for the rise of AI-driven search.
  • Click-Through & Conversion Optimisation: Improve CTRs, landing page performance, and funnel conversion rates.
  • Full-Funnel Ownership: Manage the journey end-to-end, from campaign to sale, ensuring accurate tracking and attribution.
  • Hands-On Execution: This is a doer’s role, you’ll set up, manage, and optimise campaigns yourself.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Analyse performance, test new ideas, and scale what works.
  • Future Team Growth: As MyFirst expands, take the opportunity to build and lead your own performance marketing team, shaping its direction and strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in multi-channel performance marketing, including:
    • Google & YouTube Ads (Essential)
    • Microsoft Advertising (Essential)
    • Social Campaigns – Meta, TikTok (Preferred)
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and enthusiasm for AI search evolution.
  • Background in CRO and improving ROI across funnels.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives on execution.
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and eager to grow with a high-growth startup.
