MYF Training is looking for an experienced professional to lead apprenticeship funding, learner data and compliance for approximately 250 veterinary nursing apprentices.
This is a senior, hands-on role reporting directly to our Director and line-managing two Apprenticeship Support Officers. The successful candidate will take ownership of our ILR process, funding reconciliation, data quality, compliance checks and audit readiness—with a particular focus on minimising funding and clawback risk.
Communication is just as important as technical knowledge. You’ll work with colleagues across teaching, quality, administration and finance, while explaining funding requirements clearly to apprentices, veterinary practices, clinical supervisors and levy-paying employers.
We’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, organised and confident—but also kind, approachable and willing to help with any tasks as part of a small, supportive team.
