About the role
Are you passionate about supporting young athletes to achieve their full potential — both on and off the field? Do you have the drive to motivate, coach, and guide students towards success in their studies, personal development, and sporting goals? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Progress Coach to join our Sports Team at our Emirates Old Trafford, LCCC campus. You’ll play a key role in helping students develop the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to excel in education, sport, and life beyond college.
In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with students to provide tailored one-to-one and group coaching, helping them overcome challenges and reach their goals. Collaboration is at the heart of this role — you’ll work with curriculum staff, support teams and parents/carers to ensure every student has the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed. Whether you’re helping a student set goals, manage their workload, or balance their sporting and academic commitments, your impact will be lasting and meaningful.
