About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Practical Skills Tutor – Golf Coach to join our Sport team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to deliver high-quality practical golf coaching and skills development, supporting learners to progress into employment or further study within the sports and golf industry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective practical golf coaching sessions across a range of levels, ensuring learners develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to meet (and exceed) industry standards.
- Work closely with academic colleagues to integrate practical coaching with theoretical learning, supporting learner progress, achievement and employability.
- Maintain specialist golf facilities and equipment, promoting safe working practices, and contributing to College promotional activities, such as open events.
- Support learner monitoring, assessment and feedback, helping students to build confidence and reach their full potential.
- Support enrichment activities, which may occasionally involve early starts and overnight stays, as well as contributing to relevant college promotional activities.
