Do you have a keen eye for detail, strong data skills, and a passion for supporting high-quality learning experiences? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Learner Data Officer to join our Learner Data Management team, supporting our Apprenticeships & Skills provision.

As a Learner Data Officer, you will support the smooth operation of our apprenticeship and skills programmes by ensuring accurate enrolment, data input and record management across systems such as Pro Solution and OneFile. You’ll liaise with academic and administrative teams to resolve data queries, maintain compliance with Department for Education funding rules, and support the monitoring of contract performance.

The role also involves supporting the administration of Apprenticeship End-point Assessments, helping ensure all planning, recording and documentation is completed accurately and on time. You’ll contribute to audits, maintain subcontractor files, and help track learner progress, completions and certification claims.

With a focus on accuracy, consistency and excellent customer service, you will be an important point of contact for employers, learners and colleagues, helping maintain high standards across our expanding provision.

Please note these roles are fixed term until July 2027.
