About the role
Do you have a keen eye for detail, strong data skills, and a passion for supporting high-quality learning experiences? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Learner Data Officer to join our Learner Data Management team, supporting our Apprenticeships & Skills provision.
As a Learner Data Officer, you will support the smooth operation of our apprenticeship and skills programmes by ensuring accurate enrolment, data input and record management across systems such as Pro Solution and OneFile. You’ll contribute to audits, maintain subcontractor files, and help track learner progress, completions and certification claims. With a focus on accuracy, consistency and excellent customer service, you will be an important point of contact for employers, learners and colleagues, helping maintain high standards across our expanding provision.
Please note this role is fixed term until July 2027.

We offer a rewarding and enjoyable working environment, where colleagues are inspired to make a positive difference to the educational experience and employability of our students. We are one of the top five largest land-based and sports colleges in the UK.
