Join us as an Adult Skills Tutor (Community) and become part of a rewarding programme delivering practical horticulture sessions across community settings in Lancashire. From gardens to allotments, you’ll work directly with adult learners, helping them build confidence, develop new skills, and achieve meaningful progression.
In this role, you’ll deliver engaging, hands-on learning tailored to individual needs, ensuring sessions are inclusive, supportive and aligned with industry standards. You’ll play a key part in tracking learner progress, providing feedback, and supporting each individual on their journey – whether that’s into further learning, volunteering or employment.
