About the role

Are you passionate about widening participation in education and engaging communities through innovative learning opportunities? Do you enjoy building partnerships and developing projects that make a real difference to people's lives? We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Community Engagement and Test and Learn Project Lead to support the growth of our Adult Skills provision across Liverpool City Region, based in Croxteth.

In this role, you will work with community organisations, local partners and internal teams to identify opportunities, develop relationships and deliver projects that respond to local needs. You will play a key role in developing and promoting Test and Learn projects, helping to engage individuals who may not have previously accessed education and supporting them to take their next steps into learning.

Working collaboratively with community partners and College colleagues, you will help design innovative approaches, monitor project outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication and networking skills who is committed to supporting communities, breaking down barriers to education and creating positive opportunities for adult learners.
