- Delivery of GCSE and Functional Skills Maths to studentson courses on predominately Further Education programmes but may be required todeliver on adult should the need arise.
- Study Programme Leader – FE.
- Undertake course management duties, as required.
- Todrive forward the development of the maths curriculum.
- Topromote engagement in maths at the Croxteth Park Centre.
- Support and participate in external industry events toenhance the learner experience.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement ofacademic enhancement and research activities, as required.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of learnerprogress utilising the recognised College systems.
- Take an active part in the development of the VLE siteto “gold” standard.
- Take an active part in the standardisation and internalverification of Maths GCSE and Functional skills E1 to level 2 courses.
- Work within the General Education team to provide an inspirational learning environment that helpsall learners reach their full potential.
- Be actively involved in the initial and subsequentassessment of learners in order to establish specific learning aims.
- Communicate learner cohort progress to other areas asrequired and keep areas informed of individual learners through recognisedchannels.
- Be actively involved in the planning and implementationof examinations and internal assessments.
- Invigilate exams and internal assessments as required byLine Manager.
