Reporting into the Assistant Store Manager, you will coach and lead the functional teams in Ladies Fashion, Footwear and Intimates by identifying new opportunities to promote sales, build relationships and support the teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences that we’re known for.

This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your retail career with an opportunity to further develop your leadership skills with an abundance of learning and development to provide you with the confidence to become a future member of the Myer store management team.

To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, including fortnightly weekends and peak trading times.

Your Background:

  • People leadership / Supervisory experience within a retail environment
  • Strong time management, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
  • Retail sales experience with proven customer service and selling skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • A love of retail!
