As a Customer Service Manager (Retail Manager) at Myer Wagga, you will play a key role in driving customer service excellence across multiple departments. Leading from the front, you will inspire and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving strong commercial results.
You will champion the Myer strategy, oversee day-to-day operations, and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and leadership to empower your team to succeed. As a valued member of the store leadership team, you will collaborate closely with fellow leaders to ensure operational excellence and a consistent customer-first culture.

About The Role:
- Lead and manage daily department operations to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance
- Inspire and develop your team through effective coaching, feedback, and recognition

- Spend quality time on the floor to lead by example and gain valuable customer insights

About You:
- Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Area Manager or similar, ideally in Retail or Department Store environment
- Strong people leadership skills with a 'hands-on', collaborative approach
- Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, meet KPIs and manage performance effectively
- Customer focused with superior customer service skills
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail operations
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

Our management teams work across fortnightly rotating rosters to meet key store trading hours, including weekends and extended/peak trade (e.g. Black Friday and Christmas-New Years).
