As Counter Manager, you will drive business performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional luxury experiences across skincare, makeup, and fragrance. About the role:
- Lead and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets, service KPIs, and business objectives.
- Deliver personalised skincare, makeup, and fragrance consultations aligned with Lancôme’s luxury service standards.
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional clienteling, follow-ups, and tailored beauty experiences.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to elevate product knowledge, service delivery, and confidence.
- Manage daily counter operations, including rostering, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Maintain stock levels, inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient product replenishment.
- Ensure the counter is visually merchandised and maintained to reflect Lancôme’s premium image.
- Collaborate with store management and Lancôme field teams to implement marketing campaigns, activations, and events.
- Foster a supportive, professional, and high-performance team culture.
