As a Customer Service Manager at Myer Wagga you’ll be the driving force behind our customer service excellence — leading teams across multiple departments to deliver outstanding service and achieve strong results. You’ll champion the Myer strategy, manage daily operations, and provide ongoing coaching and leadership to your team. Reporting to the Assistant Store Manager and working closely with the broader leadership team, this pivotal role offers excellent opportunities for career progression and succession planning.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Area Manager or similar, ideally in Retail or Department Store environment
  • Strong people leadership skills with a 'hands-on', collaborative approach
  • Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, meet KPIs and manage performance effectively
  • Customer focused with superior customer service skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail operations
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
