Position based at Myer Chatswood. Permanent part-time position, 20 hours per week.

Your role is to engage customers, understand their preferences, and provide tailored fragrance recommendations that enhance their shopping experience. You will contribute to driving sales, maintaining an inviting and organized counter, and upholding Coty’s brand standards to create lasting impressions.

About the role:

  • Greet and engage customers in a warm, professional, and approachable manner.
  • Provide expert advice on Coty fragrance products, including notes, benefits, and application tips.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend fragrances that match their preferences and lifestyle.
  • Demonstrate and promote new product launches and special promotions.
  • Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the Coty fragrance counter, ensuring products are neatly displayed and stocked.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
