About the role:
- Provide personalised skincare and makeup consultations using Clinique’s dermatologist-developed approach
- Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust, confidence, and long-term client relationships
- Achieve individual sales goals while supporting overall team performance
- Maintain strong product knowledge across skincare, makeup, and treatment systems
- Educate clients on tailored routines and product benefits to help them achieve their best skin
- Ensure the counter is clean, well-stocked, and visually merchandised to Clinique standards
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
- Participate in in-store events, launches, and brand activations
- Work collaboratively within the team, contributing to a positive and inclusive counter environment
- Represent the Clinique brand with professional grooming, presentation, and a passion for skin health
