We have a number of opportunities for highly motivated individuals to take the next step in their career and become Inventory Analysts in our Merchandise Planning teams at Myer. If you’re good with numbers and are excited by data and love working in fashion, then this is a career for you!

About the RoleDevelop and recommend store allocations aligned to category and financial plans. Execute and approve system allocations to ensure the right stock mix across locations. Monitor allocations using data analytics, in‑season performance, and location strategies. Manage complex or seasonal allocation exceptions and recommend actions to close performance gaps. Partner with Demand Planners to optimise parameters and improve forecast accuracy. Track new line performance and maintain replenishment parameters. Analyse sales, stock, and replenishment performance to recommend transfers or updates. Support continuous improvement across allocation, replenishment, and demand planning processes.
About YouStrong attention to detail and accuracy with data. Experience in replenishment or retail (1–1.5 years preferred). Confidence in influencing and negotiating with stakeholders. Excellent communication and time‑management skills. Analytical capability and intermediate Excel skills. Experience with RDF/Retek is an advantage. A relevant degree (Business, Commerce, Analytics, Data Science) is preferred but not essential.
