- Lead the Online Fulfilment team
Reporting into the Merchandise Operations Manager you will lead the back of house operational function of the Online Fulfilment team by ensuring operational and daily support is seamless, as well as supporting the manager to optimise the online customer experience by driving sales performance and supporting ongoing growth.
This role will also see you coach, develop and motivate the team to carry out online fulfilment orders, ensuring merchandise is readily available to pick, pack and dispatch for home delivery and in-store Click and Collect. You will play a key role in ensuring customer expectations are met while maintaining profitability, accuracy and order turnaround timeframes.
Flexibility is essential, as this role operates on a rotating roster which may include occasional late nights and increased hours during peak trade seasonal periods.
Your Background:
- Leadership / Supervisory experience within a retail-fast paced online fulfilment, warehouse distribution or logistics environment preferred
- Time management, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform all physical aspects of the role while utilising appropriate safety techniques
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with the management team, team members and customers
