About the role:
- Provide personalised skincare and makeup consultations using Clinique’s dermatologist-developed approach.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust, confidence, and long-term client relationships.
- Achieve individual sales goals while supporting overall team performance.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across skincare, makeup, and treatment systems.
- Educate clients on tailored routines and product benefits to help them achieve their best skin.
- Ensure the counter is clean, well-stocked, and visually merchandised to Clinique standards.
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
