As a Cosmetic Team Member, you’ll deliver exceptional service, share expert product knowledge, and help clients discover the perfect cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. Be part of a supportive team, representing trusted brands while growing your career in beauty retail.

About the role:

  • Deliver personalised and professional customer service across cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.
  • Share expert product knowledge to support customers in finding the perfect beauty solutions.
  • Assist in maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels of the Beauty Hall.
  • Support promotional events, product launches, and in-store activations.
  • Build lasting client relationships through follow-up service and loyalty programs (e.g., MYER one).
  • Collaborate with team members and brand representatives to achieve shared goals.
  • Stay updated with beauty trends, product training, and brand knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with MYER standards, policies, and procedures.
