About the role:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, skincare consultations, and personalised beauty rituals.
  • Build strong customer relationships through clienteling and ongoing follow-ups.
  • Ensure the counter is visually merchandised to Clarins standards at all times.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control with accuracy.
  • Report on sales performance and implement strategic actions to drive results.
  • Conduct regular team training and coaching to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Uphold and promote Clarins brand values, image, and standards.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and supportive team culture.
