Join myenergi as a Sales Manager – Distribution

myenergi Ltd is a progressive and innovative company specializing in the design and manufacture of ground-breaking renewable-energy technology products.

Purpose: To deliver revenue and margin growth for myenergi by recruiting, developing, and managing a network of electrical distributors / wholesalers and MCS-certified installers.

Responsibilities:

  • Channel & Distributor Management: Own relationships with UK distributor groups, negotiate pricing, manage stock, and ensure reliable supply allocation.
  • Installer Engagement (MCS & Electrical Contractors): Identify and recruit MCS-certified solar battery, EV and heat pump installers, build installer programs, and deliver training and technical support.
  • Sales & Growth: Achieve quarterly and annual revenue, margin, and partner recruitment targets, track pipeline and conversion, and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Compliance & Quality: Support warranty and RMA processes, feed back product issues, and track KPIs.
