We specialise in the design and manufacture of ground-breaking renewable-energy technology products. We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to own the management and optimisation of our HubSpot platform and digital marketing systems. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead, this role will ensure campaigns are built and tracked correctly, data is accurate and well-segmented, and performance reporting is consistent and actionable. The successful candidate will also provide operational support for lead generation via the Product Champion Scheme, ensuring data capture and campaign workflows run smoothly. This role is critical to enabling the marketing team to deliver campaigns efficiently, track ROI, and scale operations across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of HubSpot, including campaign setup, workflows, lead scoring, contact segmentation, reporting dashboards, and data hygiene.
- Produce regular performance reports from HubSpot and other digital channels, ensuring accurate and timely insights are shared with the marketing team and senior stakeholders.
- Support lead generation via the Product Champion Scheme, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and data flow into HubSpot.
- Support the Digital Marketing Lead with campaign operations, including UTM tracking, pixel management, and analytics integration.
- Submit briefs to digital suppliers (SEO, paid media, web) and manage ongoing relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Maintain campaign and project documentation, ensuring consistent processes and clear visibility across the marketing team.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–3 years’ experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Hands-on HubSpot expertise is essential (campaign setup, workflows, reporting, segmentation).
- Strong skills in digital campaign tracking, analytics, and performance reporting.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience coordinating external suppliers or agencies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proactive and curious, with a passion for optimising marketing operations and systems.
