- Write and manage briefs for creative, digital, and PR agencies where required.
- Coordinate cross‑functional input to ensure launches land consistently across all channels and customer touchpoints.
- Maintain a forward‑looking product launch calendar and manage dependencies across teams.
Partner Marketing
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for myenergi's referral partners, building and maintaining strong working relationships with partner marketing teams, ensuring myenergi is well represented in joint activity.
- Develop co‑marketing plans and campaigns that create value for both myenergi and our partners, producing partner‑facing materials including briefing documents and campaign assets where required.
- Identify new partner marketing opportunities aligned to product priorities, particularly around new product launches.
Customer Experience and Insight
- Champion the customer perspective across product launch and partner activity, ensuring messaging and campaigns reflect real customer needs and motivations.
- Work with the wider team to gather and synthesise customer insight, including research, reviews, and partner data, to inform marketing strategy and positioning.
- Create and deploy customer and installer surveys, converting responses into actionable insights.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in product marketing, channel marketing, or partner marketing in the renewable energy, cleantech, or related technology sector.
- Strong understanding of customer and channel dynamics in B2B2C models.
