Role Summary
We’re looking for a Product Owner for Firmware to own and drive the firmware backlog across zappi, eddi and libbi myenergi products. You’ll work within an Agile software development process, supporting a single shared Firmware Development Team delivering features and releases across all products. This role sits at the intersection of firmware, cloud and mobile, aligning closely with the Backend (AWS) and Mobile App Product Owner, as well as Product Managers for each product line.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritise the firmware backlog across zappi, eddi and libbi
- Define and refine epics, features and user stories for a shared firmware team
- Act as Product Owner in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery environment
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retros
- Balance customer value, quality, technical debt and delivery risk
- Support firmware release planning and coordination
- Align firmware development with Backend / AWS Cloud Product Owner, Mobile App Product Owner and Product Managers for each product
- Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure end-to-end feature delivery
