We specialise in the design and manufacture of ground-breaking renewable-energy technology products.
This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can balance driving business sales growth with operational efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including sales, operations, marketing, and financial performance, while aligning the GB business with myenergi’s global vision. The MD will provide leadership and direction to a team of senior managers across various sales channels to deliver business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall business strategy for myenergi GB in line with the group’s global goals. Lead the GB business in identifying growth opportunities, entering new channels, and strengthening our market position in the renewable energy sector.
- Sales and Market Expansion: Oversee and drive sales performance across all channels, including partner channels, wholesale and distribution, and direct-to-consumer (D2C), working closely with the sales team to set and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the operational performance of myenergi GB meets the highest standards, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Financial Management: Take ownership of the GB P&L, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Leadership and People Development: Lead, inspire, and develop the GB management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including government bodies, industry partners, and customers.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure myenergi GB complies with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Proven track record as a Managing Director, General Manager, or senior business leader within the renewable energy, technology, or related sectors.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with experience driving business growth in competitive markets.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, delivering multi-channel sales growth and managing P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies, balancing long-term vision with short-term objectives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
