Role Summary
myenergi is seeking an experienced, commercially focused and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing activity across Great Britain.

Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Care, Distribution Partners and Installers, the Marketing Manager will drive commercial marketing activity across Great Britain through campaigns, customer engagement, sales enablement, partner marketing and product launch activation.
The role acts as the key marketing partner to the GB business, ensuring commercial priorities are translated into effective campaigns, communications and market-facing activity that drive growth and deliver measurable business result
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing strategy & commercial planning
- Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing plan, translating commercial objectives into market-focused marketing and communications activity
- Develop integrated marketing and communications plans across consumer, installer, distributor and business customer segments
- Identify opportunities to increase awareness, engagement, customer adoption and profitable growth
- Define marketing objectives, KPIs and performance measures aligned to commercial outcomes
- Act as the key marketing partner to the Managing Director and Sales team, providing strategic marketing leadership and commercial insight
- Demand generation & campaigns
- Support the Digital Marketing Lead in delivering the paid media strategy, developing creative briefs, providing audience insight and market requirements, and ensuring campaigns are aligned to commercial objectives and customer needs
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns, defining campaign objectives, target audiences and commercial outcomes aligned to commercial priorities
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns that support growth, customer acquisition and product adoption
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve commercial effectiveness and return on investment
- Partner with Sales teams to improve lead quality, nurturing and conversion
- CRM, email marketing & customer engagement
- Lead customer segmentation and customer engagement planning for the GB market, defining CRM requirements and priorities to support commercial objectives
- Define audience, lifecycle and customer journey requirements
- Develop email marketing and engagement programmes supporting acquisition, retention, advocacy and partner communications
- Partner with the Marketing & Communications Lead to ensure alignment with brand strategy, messaging frameworks, content priorities and wider marketing and communications objectives
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and commercial outcomes
- Communications & market engagement
- Develop and execute communications plans aligned to commercial priorities and business objectives
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Lead to ensure communications align with brand standards, messaging frameworks and corporate communications activity
- Support customer, installer, distributor and partner communications across the GB market
- Identify opportunities to strengthen market awareness, customer engagement and commercial performance through communications activity
- Support PR opportunities, customer stories, award submissions and market-facing initiatives
- Sales enablement
- Own sales enablement requirements and programmes
- Develop sales toolkits, presentations, collateral and commercial support materials
- Ensure GB Sales teams, installers and distribution partners have the tools, assets and resources required to drive growth
- Support commercial readiness for product launches and strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness through marketing support and customer insight
- Product launch activation
- Lead market activation for new products, services and strategic initiatives
- Support the planning, positioning and messaging to adapt and activate go-to-market plans for the GB market
- Coordinate launch readiness across Sales, Customer Care, installers and distribution partners
- Ensure launch plans support customer adoption, partner engagement and commercial objectives
- Monitor launch performance and recommend improvements
- Channel & installer marketing
- Develop and manage marketing programmes supporting growth through installers, distributors and strategic partners
- Strengthen engagement across installer, distributor and partner networks
- Develop co-marketing initiatives aligned to commercial objectives
- Support partner activation, partner engagement and market development programmes, including the promotion and marketing support of training initiatives where appropriate
- Measure effectiveness and return on investment of channel marketing activities
- Social media
- Responsible for the GB social media strategy and content priorities
- Define audience focus, channel objectives and campaign requirements aligned to commercial goals
- Work with the Marketing & Communications Lead to ensure social activity aligns with brand guidelines, communications standards and tone of voice
- Support community engagement and identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement and awareness within the market
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements
- Installer, customer & partner engagement
- Coordinate installer breakfasts, sales roadshows, customer engagement initiatives and partner activation programmes
- Work closely with Sales teams to maximise commercial value from engagement activities
- Strengthen relationships with installers, distributors, partners and key customers
- Support lead management through effective lead capture, nurturing, handover, reporting and performance evaluation
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement, advocacy and customer loyalty
- Performance measurement & reporting
- Define and monitor marketing KPIs aligned to commercial objectives
- Track performance across lead generation, customer acquisition, retention, campaign effectiveness, product adoption, partner engagement, revenue contribution and marketing ROI
- Produce regular reports, insights and recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and evaluation
- Budget management
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring investment is aligned to commercial priorities and delivers measurable return
- Manage agency and supplier relationships to maximise value and support delivery of marketing objectives
- Monitor marketing expenditure and optimise resource allocation to achieve business goals within agreed budget
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally within technology, energy, renewables, automotive, consumer electronics or another commercially driven sector
- Demonstrated success in developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing activity and outcomes
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing programmes, including digital marketing, CRM, email marketing, social media, communications, events and partner marketing
- Proven ability to work closely with Sales teams to support lead generation, pipeline development, customer engagement and commercial growth.
- Experience delivering successful product launches and go-to-market activation programmes in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and collaborating across sales, product, customer care, distribution and leadership teams
- Experience balancing local market priorities with wider business, brand and commercial objectives
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, evaluating marketing performance and using data to drive continuous improvement and return on investment
- Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality results and commercial value
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, installers, partners and senior stakeholders
