Role Summary:

The International Expansion Poject Coordinator provides project coordination and administrative support for strategic initiatives that enable myenergi's international growth. Working closely with the Director of Global Sales & International Expansion you'll help coordinate projects, maintain project plans, monitor progress,organise meetings, track actions and support cross-functional collaboration to ensure key initiatives continue moving forward. You will also support projects involving our ERP platform, HubSpot CRM and other business improvement initiatives, helping ensure successful implementation and adoption across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

International Expansion

Coordinate activities supporting new market launches.

Maintain launch plans and readiness trackers.

Monitor milestones, risks and project actions.

Follow up with stakeholders to keep projects progressing.

Support the coordination of cross-functional activities required for successful market launches.

Project Coordination

Maintain project plans, trackers and documentation.

Organise meetings, workshops and project reviews.

Record actions, decisions and meeting notes.

Prepare project status updates and progress reports.

Monitor completion of agreed actions.

Business Systems & Process Improvement

Support projects involving:

ERP systems, HubSpot CRM, Business process improvements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT),

Training and implementation activities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work collaboratively with teams across:

Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, IT, Regional business teams, External implementation partners

Build positive relationships across departments and help ensure projects remain organised, visible and moving forward.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Essential

Excellent organisational and planning skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities.

High attention to detail.

A proactive approach with a willingness to learn.

Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

Desirable

Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar role.

Experience using ERP systems.

Experience using HubSpot CRM or another CRM platform.

Experience using Monday.com, Jira or similar project management tools.

Experience within manufacturing, engineering or technology.

PRINCE2 Foundation (or willingness to work towards a recognised project management qualification).
