Role Summary
The International Expansion Coordinator provides project coordination and administrative support for strategic initiatives that enable myenergi's international growth.
Working closely with the Director of Global Sales & International Expansion you'll help coordinate projects, maintain project plans, monitor progress, organise meetings, track actions and support cross‑functional collaboration to ensure key initiatives continue moving forward.
You will also support projects involving our ERP platform, Hub Spot CRM and other business improvement initiatives, helping ensure successful implementation and adoption across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- International Expansion
- Coordinate activities supporting new market launches.
- Maintain launch plans and readiness trackers.
- Monitor milestones, risks and project actions.
- Follow up with stakeholders to keep projects progressing.
- Support the coordination of cross‑functional activities required for successful market launches.
- Project Coordination
- Maintain project plans, trackers and documentation.
- Organise meetings, workshops and project reviews.
- Record actions, decisions and meeting notes.
- Prepare project status updates and progress reports.
- Monitor completion of agreed actions.

Essential Required Qualifications and Experience
