The Role
This role is about giving the creative studio a single, reliable point of intake and scheduling - owning what work is coming in, who is doing it, and by when - so creative leadership can focus on increasing quality and variety of content for performance marketing channels. You'll own the studio's operating model end to end: managing volume and prioritisation across the design and edit team, acting as the point of contact for internal stakeholders, and posting briefs using creative direction supplied by the Creative Lead and Copy Lead. This is a pure operations and workload role; experience in creative project management is a must.
What you’ll do
- Own the intake of all work requests into the studio via workload Asana equivalent.
- Manage volume and prioritisation of work across the design and edit team, balancing capacity against deadlines.
- Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders - chasing requirements, managing expectations, and protecting the team from scope creep.
- Post briefs to editors and designers, using creative content and direction supplied by the Creative Lead and Copy Lead.
- Track delivery against deadlines and flag capacity risk early, particularly around peak periods and major content capture weeks.
- Maintain the studio's operating model - brief structure, QC and SLAs - and keep it current as volume changes.
- Run a consistent weekly rhythm: mid-week check-ins with internal clients, an end-of-week priorities meeting with the Creative Director, Creative Lead and Copy Lead, and a Monday briefing for the whole creative team, including freelancers.
Who we’re looking for
- Experience in a production, traffic, or studio management role coordinating a multi-person creative or production team.
- Comfortable owning a project management tool (Asana or equivalent) as the single source of truth.
- Strong stakeholder management.
