The Role: With some incredibly exciting plans in store for 2026, we are now looking for someone to join our growing People team and support with Talent Acquisition. We need someone who loves hiring, loves speaking with people and is exceptionally organised. You will work on a wide range of roles across Technology (Engineering, Product, Data), Commercial (Sales, Customer Support, Founders Team) and Education (Teachers, Teaching Assistants) across the world and partner closely with hiring managers to ensure we are running a best-in-class recruitment operation. This role is ideal for someone ready to play a huge part within a growing Talent Acquisition function. You will have the opportunity to play a huge role in the success of our business, starting with 100+ roles in 2026.
What you’ll do
- You will coordinate day to day hiring efforts; working with our Hiring Managers across each function.
- Manage job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support CV screening and run initial phone screens where appropriate.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Lead on sourcing and outreach on key hires where required.
- You will help build processes, leveraging our ATS (Ashby), automation and AI, to ensure we are hiring the best talent, globally.
- Handle routine admin such as offer paperwork, compliance checks, and reference coordination.
- Feed back to management team on market trends, influencing people strategy where possible.
Who we’re looking for
This role is ideal for someone who has experience hiring a variety of different roles within a high-growth, global, technology business. You will be:
- Exceptionally organised: With a very high attention to detail. You understand that the little things can make a huge difference.
- A people person: You are a clear, confident communicator and are able to build relationships quickly with candidates and team members alike.
- Extremely tech-literate: You have your finger on the pulse when it comes to best-in-class tooling, process and automation.
- Data driven: You are comfortable working with data, understanding where your bottlenecks are and where you need to change things up.
- A passionate recruiter: You will have a track record of delivery across multiple functions - ideally across technical and commercial.
Location: Onsite at our office in Chancery Lane; 4 days per week.
