- Champion innovation and lead the expansion of CRM and marketing automation into new touchpoints and technologies.
1st Party Data & Infrastructure:
- Grow the sophistication of our 1PD usage, deepen how we leverage behavioural, demographic, and engagement data for targeting and personalisation.
- Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to improve CRM data quality, collection practices, and data enrichment efforts.

- Manage and develop a high-performing email marketing team, setting clear KPIs, growing capability, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Social Media and content teams to ensure aligned, high-impact lifecycle messaging.
- Operate as a member of the marketing leadership team, helping shape broader growth strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
The Profile We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience leading CRM and email marketing for consumer-facing brands.

- Strong grasp of CRM metrics (e.g., conversion rates, churn/re-engagement rates, LTV) and how to optimise for them.
- Analytical mindset with comfortable reporting, interpreting data, and making performance-led decisions.
Operational Excellence:
- Expertise with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Bitrix, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc). Marketing automation platforms and campaign orchestration products.
- Proactive, unafraid to get their hands dirty while also able to think strategically.
