You’ll be joining us at our Walsall Practice. Working hours are full time - Monday to Saturday.
Recently opened modern practice with 9 surgeries equipped with the latest equipment. On-street parking is available and public transport links are accessible.

- Salary up to £38,600 per year depending on experience

Your role as a Practice Manager includes:
- Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
- Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst managing the contractual relationship
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
