You will be joining us at our busy dental practice on the corner of East Quay and Symons Way in Bridgwater. This is a full-time and permanent role, predominantly Monday to Friday.
The practice offers a mix of NHS and private treatments, including Invisalign, implants, teeth whitening, and hygiene, with the opportunity to grow the private revenue even further. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience within dentistry.

As a Practice Manager, you will be:
- Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
- Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians while managing the contractual relationship
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Interpreting financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to make commercial decisions
