Line managing two Workday specialists, setting priorities, developing capability and assuring the quality of configuration.
Owning product management for a small portfolio of related applications in the value stream, for example Peakon (engagement) and Clinician Pay.
Accountable for the production stability of the platform, managing incidents, releases, patches and the bi-annual Workday updates.
Gathering and prioritising business requirements with HR, resourcing and payroll stakeholders, translating them into configuration and delivery.
Improving Workday journeys across recruitment and ATS, advanced compensation and expenses, removing friction for managers and employees.
Tracking Workday and HCM innovation, planning adoption of new features that deliver business value.
Experience:5+ years as a Workday functional expert or HCM product owner, with relevant Workday certifications.
Deep functional knowledge across Workday HCM, recruitment and ATS, advanced compensation and expenses.
Experience line managing technical specialists and developing team capability.
Experience with reporting, data integrity and integrations, including APIs into third-party job boards.
Familiarity with related HR applications such as Peakon and bespoke pay solutions.
Skills Strong product management skills: roadmap ownership, backlog management and prioritisation in JIRA.
Strong stakeholder management with HR, resourcing, payroll and MI teams.
Able to detect and resolve problems Exceptional interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
