Your future, as a Service Design Transition Manager at mydentist. The role is an FTC for 12 months initially. Full-time hours (37 across Monday - Friday). Hybrid working arrangements ideally based 1 day per week in our Support Centre in Kearsley (M26 1GG) and ad hoc around this as per business requirements.

Your future, your role:

As a Service Design Transition Manager, you’ll be:

  • Ensuring a smooth transition from project/programme to BAU, integral to defining service acceptance criteria, which determines when the project team can be stood down
  • Defining the service transition strategy and approach, ensuring all services have appropriate support models, SLAs and knowledge bases in place
  • Coordinating the development and negotiation of contracts with Application Management Services (AMS) partners
  • Leading service acceptance reviews to confirm that new or changed services meet design, operational and business requirements
  • Collaborating closely with programme managers, project teams, business stakeholders and IT operations to ensure a smooth handover of services

You will need:

  • Proven experience in managing service transitions within complex digital transformation or technology change programmes
  • Experience in cloud-based CRM or ERP system transitions
  • Background in managed service environments or enterprise-scale service delivery
  • Experience working in businesses with multi-site operations
