mydentist is seeking a Workday Product Owner to lead the HCM product area within our Tech and Transformation team. You will own the Workday roadmap, manage the backlog in JIRA, and line-manage two Workday specialists while coordinating with HR, resourcing and payroll to deliver impactful updates.
You will also oversee related apps like Peakon and Clinician Pay, ensuring platform stability through incidents, releases and bi-annual Workday updates, while driving adoption of new features.
