Your future, as a Senior Digital Learning Designer at mydentist. You’ll be joining our Digital Learning Team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG). The role is permanent and full time. Hybrid working arrangements are office based (usually in our Academy in Central Manchester) once or twice a week. This is a brand new role created in the team due to our business growth.

Your future, your role. As a Senior Digital Learning Designer, you will:
- Design and develop digital learning content using agreed tools, templates, and design standards for both silver and gold levels
- Pivot learning approach when receiving feedback or through own observations, whilst managing expectations about project milestones with stakeholders
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to shape learning solutions aligned to organisational priorities
- Review and quality-assure digital learning created by others, providing constructive feedback
- Support and upskill less experienced designers through coaching and peer review
