Your future, as a Project Manager at mydentist. You’ll be joining our Central Operations department which is based at our Support Centre (M26). The role is Permanent, full time hours, with hybrid working - 2 days per week onsite (M26 1GG). You will benefit from free onsite parking and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away, with an onsite mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside (for the sunnier days).

Your future, your role:
As a Project Manager you’ll be:
- Working closely with our Mergers and Acquisitions team to support our growth projects.
- A hands-on approach, supporting stakeholders and delivering work to hit deadlines.
- Ensuring project plans and action logs are always up-to-date and completed with enough detail to effectively run working groups and the project itself.
- Initiating management actions in response to project progress reports (achievement, productivity and risk).
- Establishing appropriate best practice programme/project management techniques within their project portfolio.
You will need:
- 2+ years working in projects/programmes in multi-site business environment.
- Advanced communication (verbal, written, listening) skills.
- Ability to manage uncertainty and ambiguity understanding the impact of this on portfolio of projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Projects (beneficial).
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
