Part time hours - 32 per week in our Support Centre M26 1GG (open to 16 hours per week). Full training and support provided, working alongside an experienced team. You will benefit from free onsite parking, and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away with an on-site mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside (for the sunnier days).

As a Patient Services Advisor, you'll be:
- The first line of contact for practices and answering calls received by patients within the designated KPI’s
- Ensuring that all appointments are booked/amended/cancelled accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures
- Building effective and successful working relationships with the practice teams to ensure that practice and patient problems are resolved quickly
- Providing assistance and advice to patients within the designated scope of training provided
- Providing help, support and excellent customer service to patients
You will:
