Your future, as an Implant Product Manager at mydentist. You’ll be joining our Clinical Division within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG). The role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract and full time. Hybrid working arrangements with 3 days working from home and 2 days field based. This is a brand new role created in the team due to our business growth.

Your future, your role. As an Implant Product Manager, you will:
- Lead the pilot and implementation of new implant products and pricing structures, ensuring margin improvement and volume growth
- Coordinate and deliver the implant growth strategy across the four key pillars
- Work closely with the field teams, Implant Clinical Directors and CDA’s
- Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders on performance, risks and opportunities
- Use data and insight to inform decision-making and recommend corrective actions
Skills and Experience we're looking for:
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
- Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering margin and revenue growth
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Clinical or dentistry industry sector knowledge essential (dental, scanners, implants, aligners etc) either from product, clinical or lab environment
- Experience of communicating and influencing clinicians highly desirable
