- Your future, your role
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all people activities across all M&A projects.
- Develop and maintain clear project plans, sequencing activity, identifying dependencies, and ensuring stakeholders across HR and the wider business deliver on time.
- Represent the People function in cross functional M&A meetings, ensuring alignment with Operations and other support functions.
- End to end TUPE/consultation process working in partnership with ER Team building and relationship development within practice and wider area teams
- Embedding values, culture, expectations, and communication channels
- Bring together HR Operations, Talent, Reward, L&D, ER, and HR Systems, ensuring smooth handoffs and joined up delivery
Experience
- Demonstrable experience in HR with strong exposure to M&A and organisational change.
- Strong understanding of TUPE processes, consultation and employment legislation (not as the SME, but confident in coordinating and signposting to ER/Legal).
- Experience coordinating complex activities with multiple stakeholders, ideally in a business partnering or project environment.
- Background in leading people projects or workstreams in complex change projects.
- Experience managing both independent acquisitions and integration projects.

- Clear and engaging facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to objectively analyse and evaluate anecdotal and reported data to identify trends, themes and opportunities
