Your future, as Head of Commercial Finance at mydentist. You’ll be joining our Finance Team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG). The role is permanent and full time with hybrid working arrangements.

Your future, your role:

As Head of Commercial Finance, you’ll be:

  • Overall ownership, leadership and accountability for the Commercial Finance function and Finance Business Partner team
  • Set and execute the commercial finance strategy, aligned to business strategy and value creation priorities
  • Provide day‑to‑day leadership and line management of a high‑calibre Finance Business Partner team, including coaching, performance management, career development and succession planning
  • Own and oversee delivery of robust, Board‑ready financial analysis, modelling and business cases, ensuring clarity of options, risks and value creation
  • Provide clear direction and structure, building on the team’s strong reputation across the organization and driving consistency of approach, collaboration and knowledge sharing

Essential Experience:

  • Experienced leader who has successfully led a function to deliver commercial results
  • Qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA with +5 years relevant post qualification experience
