Your future, as an Estates Manager at mydentist. The role is permanent and full-time. An additional role for the Property department to support growth. The role can be a flexible hybrid role with our Support Centre based in Kearsley, M26 1GG. Must be flexible for ad hoc national travel as per business needs - car allowance and travel expenses included. When based in the office, you will benefit from free onsite parking, and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away. With an on-site mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside (for the sunnier days).

Your future, your role:
As an Estates Manager, you’ll be:
- Taking a lead role in managing lease events across the estate, with a primary focus on rent reviews, lease renewals and landlord negotiations and progressing matters through to settlement
- Providing commercial property expertise at key lease milestones and supporting the Senior Estates Manager with budgeting, market intelligence and building and maintaining professional relationships & networks
- Working closely with cross-functional departments and stakeholders
- Undertaking Measured Surveys and maintaining appropriate records relating to areas
- Supporting the selection, instruction and performance management of third-party property advisers to ensure quality, value for money and commercially aligned outcomes
- Using external contacts to strengthen the business’s understanding of local rental levels, valuation evidence and market trends
You will have:
- Experience in commercial estates management with a strong emphasis on rent reviews and lease renewals
- Proven ability to negotiate with landlords and manage external agents across a multi-site portfolio
